Payment and Delivery

Online Payments

At the end of your order, the amount will be charged to your credit card for online payments. In case of a possible order cancellation or stock issues, a refund will be made to your credit card within seven (7) business days.

Delivery

We strive to ship the products you have ordered on the same day. For products that require additional time for procurement, the shipping time is 3 business days, as specified in the product details. If a delay is expected, you will be informed.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide an address where you will be present during the day as your delivery address.

Your requests will be processed based on the delivery type you selected at the end of your order. You can also consult our customer representative for different delivery conditions.

Payment Tracking

If the system encounters any issues and cannot complete the transaction, our visitors will be notified at the payment page.

If an error occurs at the provided address and delivery cannot be completed, the customer placing the order will be contacted.

The validity of the email address provided by the visitor is confirmed with an automatic email sent after the order is processed.

We are responsible not only to our customers for successful delivery but also to the bank whose credit card system we use.

Please Note!

If you believe that the package was damaged during shipment, please open and check it in the presence of the delivery company representative.

If the product is damaged, do not accept the delivery and request the shipping company to file a report.

Once the product is accepted, it is considered that the shipping company has fulfilled its duty properly.

If the product is damaged: Please send the report you prepared to ARSLANLARCOMPANY@GMAIL.COM as soon as possible.

Once you complete these steps, we will start working on your case and ensure that your order is reshipped as soon as possible.
